Stickcake
Recipe
Material:
-12 medium sized shrimp that have been peeled clean (can be replaced with sausages / meatballs)
- 1 large size potato washed clean then steamed / boiled
-1 whipped egg
-2 tablespoons of flour (can be replaced with cornstarch / sago)
-1 celery stem sliced
-bread crumbs - garlic powder, pepper powder, and salt
(Can be replaced with ground onions and ground pepper)
Blend steamed potatoes, add celery, flour, garlic powder, ground pepper and salt, set aside
Smear the shrimp with ground garlic, ground pepper, and salt for 10-15 minutes
Skewers of shrimp with skewers in an elongated position, wrap with potato mixture while clenched fists, do until the batter runs out
Dip the fritters into a beaten egg, roll it into bread crumbs while kneading slowly
Fried fritters with a lot of hot oil using low heat to yellow
Serve with chili sauce.
