Diamond Sugar Diamonds

Material :
500 gr glutinous rice
250 gr brown sugar
50 gr granulated sugar (me: brown sugar)
600 ml coconut milk (300 ml thick coconut milk + 300 ml thin coconut milk)
3 pandan leaves
A pinch of salt.

Way:
~ Wash glutinous rice, soak and let stand about 3 hours then drain. Set aside. .
~ In a cooking pan glutinous rice, runny coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves like roasting rice until dry.
~ Heat the steamed saucepan, steam the glutinous rice until cooked.
~ In a frying pan mixed into 1 thick coconut milk, brown sugar, brown sugar then stir until the brown sugar dissolves and thickens. .
~ Add the ketas then stir until the coconut milk shrinks and dries. .
~ Prepare a baking sheet that has been covered with plastic, pour the diamond in a baking pan press and solid. Chill and then cut. .
