Pumpkin pie with chocolate icing

Homemade pumpkin pie from grated raw pumpkin. The cake is covered with
chocolate icing from melted chocolate and butter. A blender is used to
prepare the dough. A simple recipe for yummy!

Pie

300 g of peeled pumpkin
1 glass of sugar (200 g)
100 ml of sunflower oil odorless + even for a shape
3 eggs
pinch of vanillin (at the tip of the knife)
pinch of dry ginger
a pinch of salt
1.5 cups flour (325 g)
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 handful of chopped nuts, if desired

Glaze

50 g of butter
50 g of bitter chocolate

In a blender, scrape the grated pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs,
vanillin, ginger and salt for a few minutes.

In the pumpkin mass, sift flour, baking powder. Stir the dough so that
there are no lumps. If desired, add crushed nuts.

Shape the oil, put the dough, bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200
° C for 40-45 minutes.

For glaze: melt in a saucepan for 50 grams of butter and dark
chocolate, pour the chilled pie with warm glaze.
