Cupcake with frozen blueberries and nuts

This delicious cupcake can be cooked in a bread maker (if there is a mode for cupcakes). It works well with other frozen berries.

75 g of softened margarine
1/2 cup (125 ml) of warm milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups (300 g) of plain flour
1 cup (200 g) of sugar
2 1/2 tsp. (10 g) of a disintegrant
1/2 tsp Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 glass of frozen blueberries or blueberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp Grated lemon peel

Frozen berries thaw, when thawed, drain excess liquid.

In a bowl, whip the soft margarine, milk, eggs and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Gently add berries, nuts and zest. Mix gently.

In the bread maker: Lubricate the bucket for the bread maker. Put the dough in a bucket, turn on the machine in the "Cupcake" mode and click Start. Fully cool in the bread maker before you remove it.
