Coffee muffins

Coffee muffins with chunks of chocolate, just melt in the mouth. A
fragrant and delicious dessert, for lovers of coffee and chocolate.

150 g milk
3 tbsp soluble coffee
1 egg
150 g of sugar
5 tablespoons Butter (70 g)
120 g chocolate
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups of flour
10 grams of vanilla sugar

In milk add coffee, vanilla and egg, mix well.

Melt butter, cool a little and add to the coffee-milk mass.

In another container mix sugar, chocolate, baking powder, salt and flour.

In a dry mass, make a groove and pour the coffee-milk mass and mix it
well together.

In the cupcake form, spread out the paper cups, and with a spoon lay the dough.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, at a temperature of 200C.

Finished cupcakes to cool and serve with coffee or tea.
