Hello everyone and hello to you who read this delicious post:

Today I bring you a new section that will be called Meals / Desserts, today we have a sweet super rich, super delicious and super 🤤.

It's a simple thing to do, super easy that even children at home can help a little.

Without further ado, here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

For the mass:

500 g Flour
2 eggs
25 g baking powder
70 g sugar
50 g margarine without salt
200 cc warm milk
Enough oil to fry
Custard cream:

2 egg yolks
50 g cornstarch
1/2 liter milk
150 gr sugar
1 cda essence of orange
Or to make it chocolate add Nutella as a filling.

Steps for preparation:

In a bowl place the flour in the form of a volcano and add the eggs, the sugar, the margarine at room temperature and the yeast, mix and add the warm milk little by little until it forms a homogeneous but not liquid mass, knead until it takes off from the hands If necessary, sprinkle a little flour while kneading. Then form a ball and leave it covered in the bowl with a damp cloth or a plastic bag, about 1/2 hour until it doubles in size.

Then form several balls and place them in a tray, cover them again and leave for 1/2 hour more to double their size. Put the oil to heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes and start frying the pump, until golden brown on both sides, then put them to drain on absorbent paper and when they are at room temperature, make a side cut taking care not to cut completely and then fill with the pastry cream and sprinkle with granulated or powdered sugar.

Custard cream:

Mix all the ingredients and simmer until it thickens, wait for it to cool and then refill the pumps.

And they are ready to share with your family and friends, you can also make mini bombs to share on a birthday or a simple meeting.
