Blue Skies On Mars

Come check out today's lunch! Started with (taco) seasoned ground chicken, pan fried, then topped with chopped red bell peppers, carrot, and shredded cheese. All wrapped in a freshly washed romaine lettuce leaf, in place of the traditional tortilla taco shell! Yum! I tell you, the seasoned taco ingredients taste even better wrapped in this crisp lettuce then they do in the hard or soft shells!
