Calamari tossed in the mix and deep fried, simple and easy.
Ingredients
- 300grams calamari tubes (sliced into rings)
- 3 cups corn flour
- 1/2 cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup magic dust seasoning
A great recipe for magic dust can be found here;

1 - Mix the flour, cajun and magic dust together.
2 - Toss a handful of calamari in the mix and allow to dry for a couple of minutes.
3 - Deep fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown at 180 - 190 degrees celcius.
