Ingredients:

  • Turkey 300 g
  • Bow 1 head
  • Apple 1 piece
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper black ground to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the turkey into small pieces and put it marinated in olive oil with soy sauce.

  2. Cut the apple into cubes, and the onion - thin rings. Fry the onion in sunflower oil, stirring, until golden brown.

  3. Add the turkey with the marinade to the onion and fry over high heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. Reduce heat, add apple, salt, pepper, cover and leave to stew for 7-10 minutes.

  5. As a side dish, buckwheat noodles or rice are very good.
