Poached-egg perfection by way of Saudi Arabia!
I’m continually amazed by the venerable egg. So simple a thing, really, but so able to inspire. Take a look at this recipe for Baked Eggs, courtesy of the ‘CookingWithAlia’ YouTube Channel. Featuring a Saudi Arabian twist on the classic poaching technique. It requires a little bit of work, but nothing too extravagant; sauteing some onions, garlic and tomatoes takes the bulk of the effort and seems well worth it to form a savory base for the little poached chickadees.
