Yogurt, Potato and Onion combine

Welcome to my post. Today I have brought the most simplest and tastiest recipe. It is the combination of boiled potato, onion and yogurt.

It can be used as a side dish for your lunch, snacks or dinner but sometimes I want to have it so much that I take it as my main dish.

Ingredients for 3 people
Yogurt 1 cup
Boiled potato 2 chopped into small pieces
Onion 1 cut into small pieces
Green chilly 2 cut into small pieces
Coriander 1 tablespoon
Fenugreek 1 /2 teaspoon
Oil 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

In a bowl put together potato, yogurt, onion, chilly, salt and coriander. Left some coriander for garnishing.

In a small pan, heat oil and add fenugreek seeds. Cook it until it turns black. Now turn the heat off and add turmeric powder.

Mix well the turmeric powder with oil as soon as possible and add to the bowl. Mix it well.

Garnish it with some coriander leaves. Now your simple tangy dish is ready to serve. Remember the curd or yogurt must not be sweet. If the yogurt is plain, you can add lemon juice to give it a tangy flavour. But if your yogurt is already tangy in taste, then its very good. But it all depend on ones taste. So enjoy......
