Hello friends, I want to share the lunch I prepare today, cornbread muffins in sauce, covered with pieces of avocado, and slices of fried plantains. It is a truly Venezuelan recipe. Since this is what we like about Venezuelan corn flour! I think instead of lunch it's a brunch.

Just knead the cornmeal with a pinch of salt, then form a ball, open a hole and fill with ground meat, cook in boiling water until you see them float and serve bathed in red sauce. How to prepare the sauce? Boil the water and dip 4 ripe tomatoes until the skin is peeled, remove the skin, liquefy the strain and set aside. Sauté half onion, half red pepper and 4 teeth underneath, all cut into small squares. Mix with tomato sauce. Let it boil over low heat, add salt, oregano and a touch of sugar, let it boil until it thickens a little ... Try it and you will love it, they are so soft and pleasant for the palate ...
