For me, autumn without Apple pie is something completely incomprehensible.All autumn months we regularly bake different pies with apples and they can not bother us. Yes that to speak. The air is literally saturated with the aroma of ripe juicy apples and they ask us to let them in.


Pie and just baked apples in syrup. Or cottage cheese dessert with Apple slices. Or Apple compote. Or a cake with Apple filling. Apples, apples, apples. This year I have a big harvest. But the thing is, I'm trying to fix my diet and make it more proper. Less sugar and artificial additives. So cakes and jams are not for me now. But this cake, which I want to tell you about, it is suitable for the right diet. After all, proper nutrition does not mean that you need to deprive yourself of all pleasures. The right food can be delicious too.

I use cottage cheese in this pie. But you can do without it. Some believe that dairy food is also evil. But I'm not one of them. I believe that moderate consumption of dairy products does not harm the body. Especially dairy products are so beneficial to our digestion. I love cottage cheese and yoghurts and I eat them several times a week. So in this recipe I allowed myself to add cheese to the filling.

Ingredients:


  • Flour-2 glasses,
  • butter 100 gr
  • salt,
  • cold water 50 ml,
  • sweet apples 3 pieces,
  • a little cinnamon,
  • cottage cheese 150 gr.

Cooking:


1. The flour is mixed with butter until it forms crumbs.
2. Add salt and water.
3. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
4. Apples cut into slices, sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Cottage cheese mash with a fork.
6. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out.
7. Put one part of the dough in the form, carefully distribute the cottage cheese, apples on top, cover it all with the second part of the dough and pinch the edges.
8. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
9. Bake 40 minutes in the oven.

Enjoy the taste. Enjoy your meal. Better eat pie, when it gets cold. Hey, take your time, let it cool. Although it will be difficult, it exudes a very appetizing aroma!

And inside it is a puff filling. It is cottage cheese impregnated with Apple juice and cinnamon aroma. And delicate Apple slices. Mmmm...
