  • pasta "Linguini" - 500 gr.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 tooth.
  • leeks-1 PC.
  • bacon-100 gr.
  • champignons-150 gr.
  • cream-200 ml.
  • port - 2 tablespoons.
  • salt-to taste
  • pepper (ground) - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Saute the onions, put strips of bacon, stir, squeeze the garlic.
  2. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms, pour in the wine and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. If the sauce is dry, pour a little water to slightly dilute.
  5. At the end pour in the cream, salt and pepper (remember that the bacon was originally salt – don't overdo it).
  6. Boil the pasta to a state of al dente in salted water.
  7. Put the boiled paste in a frying pan and mix well in the sauce.
  8. If it turned out dry, add some water in which the pasta was cooked.
  9. Serve warm.
