Ingredients:
- pasta "Linguini" - 500 gr.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 1 tooth.
- leeks-1 PC.
- bacon-100 gr.
- champignons-150 gr.
- cream-200 ml.
- port - 2 tablespoons.
- salt-to taste
- pepper (ground) - to taste
Preparation:
- Saute the onions, put strips of bacon, stir, squeeze the garlic.
- Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, pour in the wine and mix thoroughly.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. If the sauce is dry, pour a little water to slightly dilute.
- At the end pour in the cream, salt and pepper (remember that the bacon was originally salt – don't overdo it).
- Boil the pasta to a state of al dente in salted water.
- Put the boiled paste in a frying pan and mix well in the sauce.
- If it turned out dry, add some water in which the pasta was cooked.
- Serve warm.
