Golden baked bream

The golden baked is a very rich and healthy way of preparing the fish. In addition, here we will use a simple trick to retain all your liquids and leave us much juicier. It's just about cooking it inside aluminum foil. This will make the wall preventing the gilt liquids from evaporating during roasting, thus getting much more juicy inside.

Ingredients


  • 1 golden bream
  • Salt and pepper
  • A little bit of oil
  • Water


Preparation


1.- Cut a large piece of aluminum foil. We will need enough to cover the gilt completely.

2.- We put the aluminum foil on a baking tray and on top, we place the gilthead. We put 1/2 glass of water, a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper and a small splash of oil.

3.- Close the gold paper with aluminum paper, making sure that there is a small air chamber inside. That is, do not squeeze the gold with the paper if not, leaving a little space inside. We put in the oven previously heated to 200ºC and let it cook there for 20 minutes.
