Baked salmon with creamy lemon sauce
Ingredients
- 900 g salmon fillet;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- creamy lemon sauce;
- a few sprigs of parsley.
Cooking
Cut the fillet into several identical pieces. Put the fish skin down on a baking tray covered with foil . Sprinkle the fillet with salt and pepper and brush with butter.
Bake salmon at 220 ° C for 10–15 minutes. Put the fish in a dish, pour the creamy lemon sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
