Carrot Cake Recipe

This recipe is to prepare a carrot cake easily and with an amazing flavor!

Dry ingredients:

2 cups of flour all use
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Wet ingredients:

1 1/4 cup of oil
3 cups grated carrot
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup of raisins (optional)
preparation:

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, and in another bowl the carrot, oil and sugar. Later to unite both mixtures, adding the eggs and alternating. Finally, add the nuts and raisins.
In a greased bowl add the mixture, and put in the oven at a temperature of 225 ° C - 250 ° C, for about 45 minutes or until the knife comes out clean.
