1 on unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Baking Sugar Blend *
1 can (12 fl oz) evaporated skim milk CARNATION Evaporated Fat Free Milk

- SPROUTS gelatin over water in medium saucepan; Leave the gelatin to stand for 1 minute. Slowly stir until dissolved; Incorporate the SPLENDA® baking sugar blend. Incorporate evaporated milk. Continue stirring over medium heat until the milk is very hot (do not boil).
POUR this mixture into the blender; Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Put the lid on; Beat at slow speed until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Pour everything into a small mixing bowl. Refrigerate the mixture, stirring occasionally, until flakes form when the spoon is removed.
Beat the mixture at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until it thickens and its color becomes clear. To tablespoons, put the mousse in plates of serve; Keep them in the refrigerator until serving time.
* NOTE: You can substitute the SPLENDA® baking sugar blend with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
