My chest are sore today from yesterday's workout so I think I might skip lifting some weights today.
Though that doesn't excuse me from exercising today.
I just finished a lazy workout on the treadmill while am waiting for the room to get cooler coz they just turned on the air conditioner.
So, I burned 60 calories which almost nothing really, (and am not really into calorie coutung) but am wondering what's the first food you can think of that has 60 calories?
