For this challenge, you commit to practicing flexibility training 5x a week ( my personal practice tends to be very yoga based) , and taking photographs to track your progress. Each week there is also a themed challenge

Day 56...did the "fun splits" challenge today :) Played with a variety of things ,from yoga transitions into the splits, to headstand splits, to pole splits , and pillow splits :) Feeling really flexy and getting much closer in all of my splits. Had a great practice tonight. As far as i am aware, i am still within all of the rules for the challenge, and cannot believe that 2 months have flown by so fast :) Can't wait to see what kind of progress i will have made in a year or two !
