My best suggestion is to diversify throughout multiple industries. The market will always fluctuate but sometimes it only fluctuates for specific industries. As well, the more expensive the stock, the worse it is for flipping profits as it is much more difficult for a stock to raise from $700 to $1400 versus a stock raising from $0.63 to $1.26 so if you are more interested in flipping fast profits then go with cheaper "penny" stocks and if you want long term investing then stick to the more expensive "blue chip" ICO's
