Blufyre had had a clutch. Her nearby city had celebrated the laying and, ten years later, the hatching. Baby Dragons are very cute and, when they got a little past the tumbling bumbling kitten stage, they were happy to explore and help the citizens in Keodragos.
It took them hundreds of years to get to their fledgling stage, but that began a new wonder for Keodragos.
The clutch offered the people lifts. First, from clearing to clearing in the city and from there outwards to areas surrounding it. Some would take people with them if they were going the same way, for some of their hunting expeditions. For the most part, they tested their wings by carrying as much as possible as far as they could go. The people of Keodragos called it, the Dracomnibus.
It made Keodragos an interesting place to be.
The clutch are getting a little too large to land inside Keodragos any more. But Keodragos had been watching them grow. They knew that soon, they would be too big to be inside the city, yet not large enough to fend for themselves without their mother or their siblings.
So Keodragos lifted their shovels and hefted their wheelbarrows and set about leveling a rocky hill of little to no value. They started building a landing zone for the clutch. Replete with amenities to help the people and the hatchlings alike.
Wide and long stretches without anything they could collide with, pointed in the directions that the wind was wont to blow. Movable staircases or ramps so that folks could ascend to the dragonling's backs. Saddle rigs and panniers so they could carry luggage or goods.
Keodragos knew it would not last forever, but it was glorious that it was there.
