Joyce is a corporate office specialist. She worked for a company called Century Empire. She advertised a rental notice on the internet and checked to see if she could find a house to rent near the company.
A couple of days later, there was a response to her promotion. The property owner was a lady named Lily, who said that she had an extra house that needed to be leased. Then, Joyce momentarily discussed the house circumstances with her online.
"How's the house?"
"One room and one lounge, around 50 square meters."
"Any photos?"
"Of course." The owner then sent some photos of various parts of the house. "How is it? Are you happy with the house? "
"Very good. I want this house. How much is the rental? "

While resting in bed at night, Joyce had a weird dream. In the dream, the house owner, Lily, was riding on the highest point of her and two hands were scarcely on her neck, making her feel exceptionally uncomfortable and hard to breath.
The next day, the street in front of Joyce's house was crowded with neighbors and police. When the police carried Joyce's dead body out of the house, the two neighbors murmured again: "How is it? I said something wasn't quite right about this house. Now you believe! "
