Ingredients:

  • Five grains of potatoes.
  • One cup of milk.
  • One egg.
  • One cup of flour.
  • A tablespoon of salt.
  • A teaspoon of black pepper.
  • One quarter teaspoon of paprika.
  • Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Potato Spices (Optional as desired).
  • frying oil.

How to prepare:

  • Bring the potatoes well washed with water to remove dust from them, because potato peel is important.
  • After the washing phase, cut the potatoes into thick slices such as slices of apples.
  • Then we climb the potatoes in boiling water for fifteen minutes to be half mature.
  • Remove the potatoes from the water to season with salt, pepper, spices, paprika, and garlic well.
  • We take the potatoes with vegetable oil and pick up regular potatoes until they become golden and blond, so we have * * got crispy potato dumplings.
  • We offer with mayonnaise and lunches that need a side dish of potatoes.
