How to prepare

  • Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly with water, then cut them into medium-sized squares in a bowl, then put a little salt on it and set aside
  • Peel the onion and wash it well, then cut 2 cm thin slices in a bowl, and set it aside without putting anything on it.
  • Cut the tomatoes in equal size and put them aside.
  • Put the oil on the fire and leave it to protect a little, then transfer the potato seeds half a level just to get a little bit and then put the potatoes on tissue paper to get rid of excess oil.
  • Pour the onion over low heat with a little parsley, chili sauce, and a little garlic.
  • When the onions begin to melt, put two cups of water, add the salt as desired and a few spices that we use in the kitchen as well as the love of ground halves and coriander.
  • Clean the chicken well and place it in a bowl with a little ground flour, halal, lemon juice, salt and black pepper, and leave for 30 minutes soaked in the mixture.
