The weekend is so close!
And when you live downtown, it's a bit tempting to make a quick stop at any local pub and have a beer or two on the walk home from work.
I thought about it, but not today.
Today, me and @pamarias are staying in and making Wurst mit Senf.
First thing's first.
I give you... the sausages, in their original state.
whiter than my rear end.
There are Weißwurst. German sausages made from minced veal and pork with some parsley.
While they're in the tanning bed, allow me to introduce you to Don Lázaro brand Moutarde A l'ancienne or "mustard made the old-fashioned way".
It's much tastier than the yellow stuff, but not as horseradishy as the spicy Dijon from Dijon (there's a important difference when Dijon mustard actually comes from Dijon, France).
I give it two thumbs up and a seal of approval.
Let's put that mustard on some buns. We're making Frankfurters now.
And of course, we're in Latin America, so why not slap some rosemary spicy sauce and some sautéed onions to this french-latin frankfurter?
While all this is going down in the kitcken, Compadre is checkin' out the scene just in case some lady-dog decided to have a night on the town.
This is one of his favorite hobbies.
As for us... well, we're kicking back and enjoying the foggy evening and wishing the same for our friends on HIVE.
Have a lovely evening wherever you are.
May you be stacking HIVE and HBD for when the bulls return.
