After a long sleep and a day with three doggy walks, a visit from our friends, the evening came late and I didn't have an opportunity to run.
In fact, I was quite asleep. So I did a trick of accompanying my son to bed, sleeping for an hour, waking up, going for a run.
I still dragged myself as you can see below.
Four and a half kilometers at a snail pace. Good enough to keep the streak going. Yet, sI should to better to meet my long term goals.
