Sweet with pumpkin "All Saints"

Products:
1 kg pumpkin
200 g of sugar
100 g of crushed dried or breadcrumbs
150 ml of fresh milk
100 g of nuts
40 g of fresh butter
5 g of cinnamon
3 eggs
40 g of powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation:
Pumpkin is peeled, cut into pieces and boiled with a little water. Paste into puree and add all the products, the egg whites break into the snow and add carefully at the end, stirring. The mixture is poured into a tray, greased with oil, baked in a strong oven.

The sweets are served with chilled, powdered sugar or creamed cream, sweet.
