Cake with grated apples, cinnamon and walnuts

Products:
2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
½ cup of oil
1 cup of flour
1 baler
500 g apples, grated
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 handful of walnuts
powdered sugar for sprinkling
flour for sprinkling

Preparation:
Beat the two eggs and one cup of sugar with the mixer. Also add oil, flour, baking powder, chopped nuts. Beat. Lubricate and garnish a cake or round baking pan. Pour the mixture into it.

In a separate bowl, mix the grated apples with the remaining sugar, cinnamon and a little flour. Stir well. Pour the mixture onto the other. Sprinkle with some more flour, so the apples do not crack.

Bake about 40 minutes in a 200-degree oven. Before serving, wait for it to cool slightly and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
