Sauteed Calam Wet

Ingredients
5 pieces of soggy squid
4 large pieces of green chili
100 ml boiled water
to taste salt
taste flavor
Refined Materials:
3 large pieces of green chili
3 red chili peppers
3 pieces of green chili
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
Step
Canned squid is soaked slightly with orange juice (I use vinegar) and salt to remove the fishy smell. Then cut off.

Sauté fine spices on medium heat until fragrant, enter squid, oseng2 until squid blossom. Then add water briefly for the spices to sink in.

Calamari ready to serve
