🐙 Balado Cassava & Eggplant 🐙
Material :
Calamari squid, cut to taste, boiled briefly about 5min
Eggplant, cut into taste, fried with a bit
Spice iris:
5siung onion
3 cloves of garlic
Laos geprek
Lemongrass geprek
Bay leaf
Lime leaves
Sugar, salt
Ground spices :
Curly red pepper + rawite
5siung onion
2cm ginger
How to cook :
🐙 Saute the spices iris until wilted and fragrant, add spices, add a little water, cook until fragrant 🐙 Add sugar and salt, taste correction
🐙 Add the squid and eggplant, mix well. Ready to serve
