Happy sharing steemit team. Salted eggs are a generic term for egg-based dishes that are preserved by salted (excess salt is used to deactivate the perubak enzyme). Most salted eggs are duck eggs, though they do not rule out other eggs. Salted eggs are either consumed within a month (30 days).
