Believing in people before they have proved themselves is the key to motivating people to reach their potential. Everyone loves encouragement. If lifts them up whan they're down and motivates them when they're feeling discouraged. To be an encourager, you need to believe the best in people, to have faith in them. In fact, faith is essential for building and maintaining all positive relationships, yet it's a scarce commodity today.
