In my past post I was talking about a trip that I made to the Sierra de Perijá specifically to a place called tokuko, but in other trips we went a little further up a mountain called tayaya and that is the trip that I will share today.

Our trip started from the tokuko on a nice hike through the mountain that lasted about an hour and a half while walking could appreciate the beauty of the mountains, the vegetation and the weather.

Here during the tour, a little exhausted, with my boots well put as there was a lot of mud for being rainy season.

Tayaya is a very special place with a very pleasant climate and excellent scenery.

Very early we used to have our biblical devotions, where we received refreshments for the soul.

Making games with children, the bad thing is that I never win haha.

More time to share with the little ones.

Memo wanted to comb my hair and I did not get mad.

One day dealing with the cold.

It is very common in this area to meet these little friends.

Simply beautiful.

With my gifts the day we went down from tayaya, it was a bit dangerous since it rained a lot but we could not stay longer because we consumed all the food since we went up with just enough for a week.

Pleasant experience in the midst of the simplicity and humility of my brothers yukpas, perhaps in another opportunity I share a little more of this beautiful place.
