Hi guys! Today I will be making Pumpkin sweet rice sweets or mochi! These chewy, and a little gooey desserts are filled with red bean paste, and it makes a not too sweet treat to enjoy.
Plus, you can top these with peanuts, sesame seeds, or anything that you like to use.
