Building Fitness Takes Time | Don't Rush IT


Building fitness does really take a lot of time, in fact - to reach your maximum physiological potential you would have to train for at least 10 years, which is definitely a long long time. And so, when knowing this, it always sounds ridiculous when people complain they are not really good after only months of training. Think about it as a thing you want to do for life, that's the best way to become really fit. Really really fit.
