My 120 Day Plan for Health and Happiness: Day 4

Upside! It seems that my cold may be breaking, which is great news. The foods I've been consuming, like my homemade garlic soup I posted about in ActiFit, have really helped. It's also kept my partner away from me, but they're sick too, so no points lost for that one. Lemon and honey also work great.

The downside is that the foods which have helped also have put pounds on. Yes, plural, as in four of them. So, starting tomorrow, it will be time to reload my dietary and activity plans and get on it!
