#MittwochsQuickie Weihnachtszeit
Die Weihnachtszeit! Es ist die Zeit wo Jesus Christus geboren wurde. Für mich nicht wichtig ob es Heilig Abend war (wie wir es zum Beispiel feiern) oder wie in südeuropäischen Ländern am 6. Januar. (Heilige 3 Könige) Wichtig ist das wir die Geburt Jesus Christus feiern. Für mich ist es wichtig das Jesus Mensch geworden ist und unser Leben verändert hat soweit wir es zulassen.
Was machen wir aus Weihnachten? Ist es die Zeit wo wir an unseren Retter, Erlöser denken oder ist es die Zeit wo ganz viele Geschäfte gemacht werden und viel Geld verdient wird? Ich denke beides, obwohl der 2. Teil (Geschäfte, viel Geld verdienen) in den letzten Jahren immer mehr zugenommen hat.
Was ich wirklich schön an Weihnachten finde ist, dass die Familie, Freunde zusammenkommen und sich alle mal wiedersehen. Das könnte natürlich auch jede andere Zeit im Jahr passieren aber irgendwie gelingt es Weihnachten am leichtesten!
Viele Menschen denken sehr sehr negativ über Weihnachten! Ich versuche alles positiv zu sehen und als Christ sehe ich natürlich an erster Stelle das Jesus Christus als Mensch auf die Erde gekommen ist und uns erlöst und gerettet hat. Das ist mein Glaube und das hat nichts mit dem Glauben von Dir oder mit dem Glauben von jemand anders zu tun. Das muss jeder für sich selber entscheiden. Ich bin kein Freund von großen Geschenken, die einen hohen materiellen Wert haben. Darauf versuche ich jedes Jahr zu achten. Was ich ganz ganz wichtig finde ist dass man Zeit miteinander verbringt, dass man sich Zeit schenkt, dass man sich auf die gemeinsame Zeit freut. Das ist das A und O und so lebe ich auch und so zeige ich den Menschen den ich diese Zeit schenke wie gerne ich sie habe.

#WednesdaysQuickie Chrismas Time!
Christmas time! It is the time when Jesus Christ was born. For me it doesn't matter whether it was Christmas Eve (as we celebrate it for example) or as in Southern European countries on January 6th. (Holy 3 Kings) It is important that we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. For me it is important that Jesus became human and changed our lives as far as we allow.
What do we do with Christmas? Is it the time where we think of our Saviour, Redeemer or is it the time where a lot of business is done and a lot of money is earned? I think both, although the 2nd part (business, earning a lot of money) has increased more and more in the last years.
What I really like about Christmas is that family and friends get together and meet again. Of course, this could happen any other time of the year, but somehow Christmas is the easiest!
Many people think very negatively about Christmas! I try to see everything positively and as a Christian I naturally see first and foremost that Jesus Christ came to earth as a human being and redeemed and saved us. This is my faith and it has nothing to do with the faith of you or with the faith of someone else. Everyone has to decide for himself. I am not a friend of great gifts that have a high material value. I try to pay attention to this every year. What I find very important is that you spend time together, that you give yourself time, that you look forward to the time together. That's the be-all and end-all and that's how I live and how I show the people I give this time to how much I love it.
