INDIAN DESSERT (KHARVAS)

Made 2 big batches of kharvas today
And I absolutely loved them

Recipe:
1 cup of colostrum milk also known as cheek
3 cups of whole milk
Sugar
Saffron & elaichi powder
Mix the milks together add sugar keep on stirring it till dissolve. Now add saffron & elaichi powder to it. Put in vessel & steam in idli cooker or any cooker for about 25 to 30 mts.
