Delicious guilt- free pizza!

A cauliflower pizza base is great if you're trying to eat clean, while still wanting to pig out.. Oink Oink! It's super healthy and it's easy to make!!

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Grated cheese
A handful of spring onion

Steps:
Blend cauliflower in a blender until it becomes small crumbs.

Boil water in a saucepan.
Once boiled, turn off the stove.
Add blended cauliflower to saucepan. Cook for a few minutes or until you feel it's ready.

When complete, drain the water in a sieve.
Leave cauliflower in sieve. Allow it to sit in sieve for 10 mins.

Place cauliflower in a tea towel and ring the the rest of the water out.

Place cauliflower in a bowl, add the egg, salt, spring onion and grated cheese.
Mix well with hands.

Place mixture on the baking paper and kneed until spread across the pan evenly.

Cook the dough for 10 mins on 200deg (electric oven) until it goes brown.

Take out of oven and put desired toppings on.
Place back in the oven and cook until ready!
