Salut! After a coffee I went for a walk in Park Jouvet in Valence one afternoon. I got a shot of the famous gazebo there. My coffee was at Victor Hugo cafe, and there were Victor Hugo hotels and streets, but I couldn't find any reference to him related to Valence (granted I had just looked on Wikipedia and didn't read any of his books....maybe the explanation is in there)...mystery.
