Wintergreen essential oil for pain!
I just love the power of essential oils. If you are dealing with some painful parts, I'd give wintergreen a try. If you have sensitive skin, you can always dilute it with some sweet almond or coconut oil.

I've quit smoking a week ago and started dipping immediately after quitting. We all need a vice right? I chose to switch due to second hand smoke. I rather just hurt myself, then hurt everyone around me.
