I have been getting a lot of complaints lately of missed votes. The service I use is very reliable, but it was down for a short time recently. Could have been an upgrade, outage or who knows what. But

Oh no he's paying for upvotes!!!!! Since I came to Steemit people have really frowned on using bid-bots. But honestly I have been looking at the math behind it and it actually makes sense. Here why I think
