私の住む嵯峨野には、千代の古道という石碑がところどころに立っています。平安京ができる前から宇多野・嵯峨野へと通じた古道だそうで、神社仏閣なども有名どころから超マイナーなところまで、少し歩けばたくさん見つかります。せっかくだからそんなご近所の社寺や遺跡などをスケッチしようと思いました。で、今日は自宅から徒歩５分のところにある蛇塚古墳を描きました。
