Que lindo es llegar a tantas personas de tantos lugares a través de esta ventana de sentimientos y emociones donde hoy hago mi primera entrega, con mi modo de actuar, de ver la vida en las decisiones que hago y poder compartirlo en este espacio tan lindo y nutritivo.
Este tema que desarrollo sobre el BULLYING lo hago desde mi experiencia, vivencia, comprensión como ser humano, coach ontológico, Pnl, meditación, entre otras actividades que practico con grupos de ayuda en procura de darles herramientas y hacer cambios significativos en sus relaciones interpersonales y en lo personal reconocer que sigo sanando mis emociones.
Que agotador resulta esto del bullying;yo también lo he vivido.
He sido tan lastimada, pero ésta autocompasión debe ayudarme a tirar todo lo que no me gusta y transformarlo en lo que verdaderamente quiero ser. Lo que me de paz, gozo y satisfacción.
Todos podemos tener nuestras oscuridades, solo hay que aprender a gestionar y si no podemos, buscar quién nos ayude (ir a terapia por ejemplo).
Así de crudo, así de cierto es pero en mi experiencia con este flagelo Bullying llevo años conviviendo, primero me toco a mi siendo niña , en edad escolar gracias a dios y a tanta terapia fue superado.

Hablemos de violencia, hoy mientras esperaba para retirarme de un negocio (local comercial), me senté a descansar en un área que utilizan comúnmente los usuarios del mismo.
Observe y escuche de cerca la violencia y el distanciamiento emocional de una joven madre cuando le decía a su niño de unos 4 años aproximadamente (quién estaba algo inquieto, cosa común a esa edad) textualmente "Si no te quedas quieto, te daré un pescozón (palabra de la jerga maracucha) y te hundiré el cerebro".
Inmediatamente, dirigí la mirada al rostro de aquella joven madre y vi en sus ojos una rabia contenida, un desánimo visible y un arrepentimiento genuino de tener que ser madre de 2 criaturas de apenas 3 y 4 años (aproximadamente).
Cuando me preparé psicológicamente para abordarla sin que fuese una intromisión, mire y se había marchado… (La madre con los dos niños).
Quedé verdaderamente muy susceptible, aunque no es un cambio de un día. Algo que dijera tendría valor importante.
Quién sabe qué tipo de violencia tuvo que pasar esa madre para estar así; quizás igual o peor; tal vez física, psicológica o hasta abuso sexual, no lo sé.

Pero la violencia es real, no solo en Estados Unidos con el uso de armas de fuego en las escuelas.
La tenemos aquí cerquita en nuestros hogares, nuestros colegios, con el bullying; todo producto de varios factores, pero fundamentalmente de la desintegración de la familia y su rol en la sociedad.
Necesitamos trabajar y educar mucho; cambiar patrones de conductas y dejar de normalizar, que darle una paliza a un muchacho, remedia los males, (me dieron varias y no las olvido, al recordarlas me daba rabia, pero he entendido que era la forma en que mi papá había sido educado, la razón de sus heridas y repetía lo aprendido).
Muchos factores influyen, la familia dejo de ser la base fundamental de la sociedad... Por otro lado, la misma economía( ir a trabajar) hace que muchos de nosotros dejemos muy pronto a los niños al cuidado de manos ajenas.
El acoso escolar, físico o psicológico (Bullying) cada día se incrementa más de manera continua y repetitiva entre nuestros niños en edad escolar y adolescentes, casi siempre con agresión a la víctima por parte de uno o varios compañeros.
Lastimosamente, el blanco fácil para el agresor recae entre niños y adolescentes que tienen ciertas características de personalidad que los hace vulnerables, con cambios que son síntomas de alarmas y hay que prestarles atención:

Sumisos con cambios en su estructura de la personalidad
Con dificultad para defenderse.
Baja autoestima.
Son inseguros y se sienten diferentes a los demás por diversos motivos.
Se aíslan, y no quiere salir de la habitación.
Hay ausencia escolar, no entra a clases, y su lenguaje en cuanto a contenido es de violencia.
Este flagelo siempre se relaciona con el abuso de poder, donde el victimario humilla a otra persona para sentirse superior, a través de agresiones, burlas, insultos o maltratos físicos, mientras que la víctima temerosa busca evitarlos.

*Trastorno del sueño y de la alimentación.*
*Irritabilidad, depresión, ansiedad, rabia, tristeza.*
*Distanciamiento emocional, frustración.*
*Descuido en su imagen e higiene personal*
*Suicidio y pensamientos destructivos de hacer daño o fantasear con hacerle daño al victimario muchas veces se autolesionan (se producen cortes en piernas y brazos) para sentir el dolor físico y apaciguar el emocional (mi sobrina lo hizo tantas veces antes de suicidarse y no detectamos las alarmas.*

Para no extenderme más, únicamente escribo a manera de reflexión.
Si bien muchos de nuestra generación fue enseñando bajo la dura crianza y poco amor, muchos hemos intentado romper ese patrón o al menos no llevar el mismo haciendo la diferencia porque aún existe gente buena.
Hace falta mucho amor para los niños y así llevarlos a un mejor nivel o enseñarlos diferente, siempre se consigue como sobrellevar la mejor educación pensando en su bienestar.
Niño inquieto, niño sano (muy tranquilo o tristes, hay que chequear que pasa) amor, comprensión, educación, calidad del tiempo y dedicación, todos los días aprendemos más y debemos aplicarlo!
Ante este flagelo que está tan cerca de nosotros, trato de ser muy coherente con mis reflexiones sobre personas que están viviendo esto en sus familias y afectos cercanos.. Cada una de ellas tiene algo que enseñarnos, que mostrarnos.
Más acompañamiento, soporte, disponibilidad con AMOR, eso es lo que le hace falta no solo al niño, sino a la humanidad en general.
La sociedad, la ciencia, inclusive la medicina, sostiene el estandarte de independencia, individualidad y autosuficiencia, haciéndonos cada día menos empáticos y más separados de los otros.
Hay que dar más teta, más porteo, más colecho, abrazar más, besar más, escuchar más, entender más, SANAR nuestras propias creencias y heridas para AMAR MÁS.

Digamos 🚫 No al Bullying y eduquemos a favor de la inclusión y aceptación.
En mi familia, una sobrina de 13 años se suicidó a consecuencia de bullying. (El abandono de sus padres, entre otras cosas) que quedaron guardados bajo discreción en medicina legal.
Aún en mis dificultades (que son muchísimas) busco la felicidad dentro de mi. Te invito a buscarla; viene de Dios o del universo (como tú lo quieras llamar)… también la tienes, está en tu corazón y la controla tu mente.
No soy la dueña absoluta de la verdad, pero estoy clara de lo que más falta en el mundo...es AMOR.

How nice it is to reach so many people from so many places through this window of feelings and emotions where today I make my first delivery, with my way of acting, of seeing life in the decisions I make and to be able to share it in this beautiful and nourishing space.
This topic that I develop about BULLYING I do it from my experience, experience, understanding as a human being, ontological coach, Pnl, meditation, among other activities that I practice with support groups in an attempt to give them tools and make significant changes in their interpersonal relationships andand personally recognize that I continue to heal my emotions.
How exhausting this bullying thing is; I have lived it too.
I have been so hurt, but this self-pity should help me to throw away everything I don't like and transform it into what I truly want to be. What gives me peace, joy and satisfaction.
We can all have our darkness, we just have to learn to manage it and if we can't, look for someone to help us (go to therapy for example).
I have been living with this scourge of bullying for years, first I had to deal with it when I was a child, and then at school age, thanks to God and so much therapy, I overcame it.

Let's talk about violence, today while I was waiting to leave a business (commercial premises), I sat down to rest in an area commonly used by its users.
I observed and listened closely to the violence and emotional distancing of a young mother when she said to her child of about 4 years old (who was somewhat restless, a common thing at that age) textually "If you do not stay still, I will give you a pescozón (Maracucha slang word) and I will sink your brain".
Immediately, I looked at the face of that young mother and I saw in her eyes a contained rage, a visible discouragement and a genuine regret of having to be a mother of 2 children of only 3 and 4 years old (approximately).
When I prepared myself psychologically to approach her without it being an intrusion, I looked and she had left... (The mother with the two children).
I was really very sensitive, although it is not a one-day change. Something I said would have important value.
Who knows what kind of violence that mother had to go through to be like that; maybe the same or worse; maybe physical, psychological or even sexual abuse, I don't know.

But violence is real, not only in the United States with the use of firearms in schools.
We have it here in our homes, in our schools, with bullying; all a product of several factors, but fundamentally of the disintegration of the family and its role in society.
We need to work and educate a lot; change behavior patterns and stop normalizing the idea that beating up a boy is the remedy for all ills (I was beaten several times and I do not forget them, remembering them made me angry, but I understood that it was the way my father had been educated, the reason for his wounds and he repeated what he had learned).
Many factors have an influence, the family is no longer the fundamental basis of society... On the other hand, the same economy (going to work) makes many of us leave our children in the care of others.
School bullying, physical or psychological (Bullying) is increasing every day in a continuous and repetitive way among our school-age children and adolescents, almost always with aggression to the victim by one or more peers.
Unfortunately, the easy target for the aggressor falls on children and adolescents who have certain personality characteristics that make them vulnerable, with changes that are alarming symptoms and we must pay attention to them:

With difficulty to defend themselves.
Low self-esteem.
They are insecure and feel different from others for various reasons.
They isolate themselves and do not want to leave the room.
They are absent from school, do not attend classes, and their language in terms of content is violent.
This scourge is always related to the abuse of power, where the victimizer humiliates another person to feel superior, through aggression, mockery, insults or physical abuse, while the fearful victim seeks to avoid them.

In order not to extend more, I am only writing as a reflection.
While many of our generation was taught under harsh upbringing and little love, many of us have tried to break that pattern or at least not carry the same pattern making a difference because there are still good people.
It takes a lot of love for children and thus bring them to a better level or teach them differently, always get how to cope with the best education thinking about their welfare.
Restless child, healthy child (very quiet or sad, you have to check what happens) love, understanding, education, quality of time and dedication, every day we learn more and we must apply it!
Faced with this scourge that is so close to us, I try to be very consistent with my reflections on people who are living this in their families and close affections ... Each one of them has something to teach us, to show us.
More accompaniment, support, availability with LOVE, that is what is needed not only for the child, but for humanity in general.
Society, science, including medicine, upholds the banner of independence, individuality and self-sufficiency, making us less empathetic and more separated from others every day.
We must give more breastfeeding, more babywearing, more co-sleeping, hug more, kiss more, listen more, understand more, HEAL our own beliefs and wounds to LOVE MORE.

Let's say 🚫 No to Bullying and let's educate for inclusion and acceptance.
In my family, a 13 year old niece committed suicide as a result of bullying (the abandonment of her parents, among other things) that were kept under the discretion of forensic medicine.
Even in my difficulties (which are many) I look for happiness within me. I invite you to look for it; it comes from God or the universe (whatever you want to call it)... you also have it, it is in your heart and it is controlled by your mind.
I am not the absolute owner of the truth, but I am clear of what is most lacking in the world...is LOVE.
