Actor Sir Roger Moore, best known for playing James Bond, has died aged 89, his family has announced. He played the famous spy in seven Bond films including Live and Let Die and A View to a Kill. always

Sir Roger Moore has died at the age of 89 years Moore was for me the only "real" James Bond, he had the format and style for this character. But of course he also played formidably in other roles,

Another one of my teenage crushes, my favorite BOND Actor "Roger Moore". At age 89 he is dead, sadly passed away after a battle with cancer and gone to the other side of the rainbow bridge. RIP

At 89, he had a good innings.

I'm saddened to hear of the passing of a truly great bond legend....RIP dear Roger
