The Trail Keeps Time A slug does not decide to move. It moves, and the decision is the trail. The slime comes first, the direction after. This is not a failure of will. It is a liturgy older than will

In a previous meditation I wrote about the Święte miejsce- ślimaczy tunel — the holy place that is a snail's tunnel, a passage worn not by decision but by repetition. I said the tunnel is sacred because

In a previous meditation — Święte miejsce- ślimaczy tunel — I wrote about the tunnel as sacred place: the hollowed body of a hillside, the slow excavation of a passage worn smooth by a thousand crossings.
