Hey Hivers, I hope you all are safe and doing well. So this picture is from a Trek which i did last summer. It was so strange to see Snowfall in the month of MAY. Snowfall made our trek more exciting .

Champorado is a Filipino chocolate rice porridge made from sticky rice and traditional tablea(processed cocoa). A bowl needs generous drizzling of evaporated milk and the dish is paired with fried tuyo(
