I believe all of these photos were taken in the late 1950s or 1960s an were all taken in Michigan.

There is such an expression - the tip of the iceberg, i.e. we see only a small part of what is big, the rest is hidden from us. For example, most of the iceberg is underwater. But what I wanted to say
