薄荷糖不能多吃

昨天同事递给我一瓶薄荷糖，一小粒一小粒那种。今天上午上班后，我便拿了一颗尝尝味道，感觉不错，挺清凉的，就一颗又一颗往嘴里不停的塞，一下子吃了大半瓶。接着中午午睡醒来，顿感肚子不舒服，急匆匆上厕所，一下午前前后后上了有三次厕所。幸好抽屉里就有止泻药，连续服用了两包才算止住。我很纳闷，这几天肚子都好好的，怎么突然像得了急性肠胃炎一样呢？
